Susan graduated with a Master’s Degree in physical therapy from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia in 1992 and worked for 10 years in Seattle before moving to Tucson in 2001. She has experience in a variety of clinical settings including outpatient therapy, acute care, skilled nursing, and home health care. Since moving to Tucson her career has focused exclusively in outpatient orthopedics with a manual therapy and exercise based holistic treatment approach. She has had extensive clinical training with the North American Institute of Orthopedic Physical Therapy that includes completing a Level II certification and all Level III coursework. She is also approved by the Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy to provide Trigger Point Dry Needling services for treating soft tissue dysfunction. For fun she enjoys west coast swing dancing, hiking with her 3 dogs Bella, Nicholas and Coconut, and traveling to see the natural wonders of the great outdoors.
